Off-Ice Training with the Golden Coynes

Before she was a five-time world champion and Olympic medalist, and long before she competed in the NHL’s All-Star Skills competition, Kendall Coyne Schofield was a young hockey player doing whatever it took to earn her spot on Team USA. That included working with Coach Paul Goodman on strength, conditioning, balance, and movement.

Kendall brought her Golden Coynes youth hockey players to Goodman Elite Training for an off-ice training session, where the girls learned new skills and exercises to improve their on-ice performance.
