  • Adult Strength & Conditioning

    Join our 45-minute small group sessions!

    Take advantage of the Goodman Elite community by training alongside others just like you. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or looking for a new challenge, our coaching staff have the experience and skills to get you to where you want to be!

  • Stickhandling & Shooting

    Take your shooting and stickhandling to the next level in our synthetic ice studio with our elite skills coaches. Improve shot accuracy and power along with stickhandling through progressive drills and movements that are age-appropriate.  Available for ages u14-u8.

  • Youth Strength & Conditioning

    All strength program designs and attributes that are challenged are designed to bring stability to joints through external resistance or intensity while working through the range of motions that are athletic, useful, and safe. The training develops the energy systems intimately involved with improved athletic performance and different emphases evolving throughout our program. The goal is to ensure the athlete develops and maintains high levels of athleticism throughout the year. Available for 2007-2014 birth years.

  • Mobility

    Goodman Elite mobility training is athletic and appropriate as part of the enhancement of the athlete’s physiological profile. It is imperative to begin and maintain appropriate levels of mobility. Mobility will always be different from athlete to athlete. Regardless of being more or less mobile than another athlete, each individual has requirements that Goodman Elite provides as an entity unto itself.
