Performance Coach

Matt Napoleon joined Goodman Elite in October 2024 and works with the Glenview Stars’ Peewee, Bantam, and Girls U12-U19 teams. A recent graduate from the University of Louisville with a degree in Exercise Science, Matt brings a strong foundation in athletic training and fitness principles. He is currently working toward his CSCS certification to deepen his expertise in strength and conditioning.

In high school, Matt played football and lacrosse and still enjoys staying active through golf. Additionally, he serves as the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Loyola Academy, supporting athletes across a variety of sports.
