Paul was born and raised in New Jersey and got his first exposure to strength and conditioning as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Football Team while earning his Bachelor of Science - winning a Rose Bowl Championship during his tenure. Paul then went on to earn his first master’s degree at UW while Head S & C for multiple sports: Men’s Hockey, Women’s Hockey, Volleyball, Wrestling & Women’s Tennis.  Served as Director and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach and Adjunct professor for University of Vermont 2002-08. Paul has recently co-authored the book “Hockey Anatomy” and was published in “The Physician and Sports Medicine” (November 2018). The use of an intensive physical exertion test as a final return to play measure in concussed athletes: A prospective cohort. Goodman has trained an extensive list of high profile clients and teams including the Chicago Blackhawks, New York Rangers, USA Women’s Hockey, Columbus Chill ECHL, Canadian National Lacrosse - U-19, and NHL, IHL, AHL, European players, NFL, MLB, and Olympic Athletes and has extensive experience as a national speaker on topics of Strength & Conditioning.



Corbin Gaines

Corbin was born and raised in Tulsa, OK. Growing up playing a variety of sports – soccer, football, wrestling, as well as rugby exposure – has created a foundation of understanding sport specific training. He has experience coaching a wide variety of individuals, including youth athletes, FBI agents, first responders, accountants and stay-at-home moms.

Tony Mastrolonardo

Tony has been an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Maine South wrestling team, where he really found his passion for training athletes and working with group and team training. He has experience coaching an extensive background of individuals while serving as a trainer at Fitness Formula Clubs.

Carly Capesius

Carly has had the opportunity to work in many different capacities as a certified athletic trainer: as a physician extender in the orthopaedic physician’s clinic; assisting with outpatient care in the physical therapy clinical setting; and providing medical coverage in an outreach sports medicine role for a wide variety of high school athletics and club sports. She specializes in orthopaedic injury prevention, injury assessment and therapeutic exercise. Carly has a strong background applying appropriate progression and regressions for individuals who have injury ailments. She has a passion for creating strength and conditioning programs for young adult athletes. Carly has grown up playing soccer a majority of her life and still loves being out on the field and having the opportunity to play.

Colton Pick

While at Iowa, Colton assisted with the university’s strength and conditioning program, working closely with a number of teams. After graduation, Colton interned in the sports performance sector of Illinois Bone and Joint Institute where he worked with athletes of all ages to bridge the gap between physical therapy and strength and conditioning. Outside of training, Colton is fascinated with all things movement, loves the outdoors and playing sports. he is also the head strength and conditioning coach for the Chicago Basketball Club.
